Attachments (optional): Upload screenshots or documents if needed.
4. Choose a Category (if available)

Select the relevant category. This helps route your request to the right team.
5. Submit the Ticket

Click the Submit button.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
6. Track Your Request

You can view your submitted tickets by clicking on "My Requests" in the Help Center.

Our team will reply by email or update your ticket in the Help Center.
