How can I deposit via bank transfer?

You can deposit funds into your Evest account via bank transfer by following the steps below:

If you wish to deposit via bank transfer, you can obtain the dedicated bank account details for the transfer through your Account Manager or by contacting the Customer Support team. Please note that the bank transfer deposit option is not available directly through the app or the platform.

After receiving the bank account details, transfer the required amount from your bank account to the specified account.

In some cases, you may be required to sign additional documents related to the bank transfer payment process.

What information is required to complete a bank transfer?

You will usually need to provide your bank with the following information:

• Beneficiary bank name
• Account holder name or beneficiary entity
• Bank account number or IBAN
• The bank’s SWIFT code, which is used to identify the bank for international transfers
• Any additional details provided by your Account Manager or the Customer Support team

Bank transfer deposit requirements:

The transfer must be made from a bank account held in your own name only. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous accounts are not accepted.

You may deposit via bank transfer even if your account has not yet been verified. However, you may be required to complete account verification or provide additional documents at a later stage, according to processing requirements or compliance policies.

How can I track the deposit status?

You will be notified by email once your request has been processed. You can also track the deposit status by clicking on the account and then going to the History tab.

Important notes:

If the amount does not appear in your account after completing the transfer, please contact the Customer Support team and provide them with the transfer receipt so they can verify the transaction. The amount will be credited to your account once it is received, after deducting any transfer fees charged by the bank.
