Are withdrawals processed instantly?

No, withdrawals at Evest are not processed instantly, as they go through two stages:

The first stage is the internal review by the relevant departments. This may take from 24 to 72 business hours, and in some cases up to 7 business days.

The second stage is the arrival of funds to your account after the Finance Department approves the withdrawal request. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

After the withdrawal request is approved, the time required to receive the funds may vary depending on the withdrawal method used, such as bank transfer, credit card, or e-wallets.

In some cases, if the withdrawal is from one e-wallet to another e-wallet, the amount may be received instantly after the withdrawal request is directly approved.
