Do I pay a withdrawal fee if I have not traded?

If a client requests a withdrawal without executing any trades on the account, a withdrawal fee of $25 will be deducted. This is considered a withdrawal fee for non-trading clients.

To clarify, inactivity fees are different from withdrawal fees. An inactivity fee is applied if the client does not carry out any trading activity for 60 days or more, regardless of whether they have requested a withdrawal or not.
