You can request a withdrawal via bank transfer from your account to your personal bank account registered with us. Before starting the withdrawal process, please note the following:
Withdrawal fees
Withdrawal fees apply to each transaction according to your account status:
- $5 per withdrawal if you are an active trader and have opened trades.
- $25 per withdrawal if you have not opened any trades.
Please note that your bank or intermediary banks may charge additional fees that are outside our control.
Can I send a bank withdrawal to a third-party account?
No. Bank withdrawals cannot be sent to any account that is not in your name, such as company accounts or third-party accounts. The bank account must be in the same name registered on your trading account.
Is there a maximum limit for bank transfer withdrawals?
No, there is no maximum limit for withdrawals via bank transfer. However, some transactions may be subject to internal review.
How long does a bank transfer take?
Bank transfers take 7 to 10 business days after the Finance Department approves the withdrawal request, excluding public holidays and weekends. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
How do I request a withdrawal via bank transfer?
App:
- Log in to your account.
- Tap the three lines at the top to open the menu.
- Select Withdrawal.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum amount is $25.
- Tap Submit.
- Tap the Credit Card option to display the other withdrawal options.
- Select Bank Transfer.
- Enter your bank account details.
- Tap Send to complete the request.
Please make sure to enter your bank account details correctly to avoid any delay or rejection of the transfer. You must also attach a copy of your IBAN certificate as part of the bank account verification requirements.
