I Entered the Wrong Password What Happens?

If you enter an invalid password when logging into Evest, you will see an option to reset your password. Follow these steps to reset it:

• Click on “Forgot Password?”
• Enter the email address registered with your account
• Click “Submit”

An email will then be sent to the address entered in step 2 with a unique password reset link. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your main inbox.

• The reset link can only be used once
• The link is valid for 24 hours only

Once you have changed your password, simply log in using your new password.

Please note: if you use an email address different from the one you registered with, your password cannot be recovered.
