QR Code Login is a feature that allows you to log into your account by scanning a QR code using the mobile app, instead of manually entering your email and password.

This method helps speed up the login process and reduces the risk of entering your credentials on untrusted devices.

How to Enable and Use QR Code Login

App Instructions

• Go to the web login page: a login screen will appear with a new section containing a QR code and instructions on how to use it.
• Scan the QR code: use your phone camera or QR scanner feature. Once scanned, the company app will automatically open on your phone.
• Log in to the mobile app: if you are not already logged into the app, enter your login credentials or use biometric authentication (such as fingerprint recognition).
• Approve the web login request: a confirmation request will appear within the app to approve logging into the web platform. Approve the request to grant access.
• Access granted: once approved, you will be logged directly into the web client area.

Notes

• The QR code is valid for one minute only. If it expires, click the refresh button to generate a new code.
• Your phone must already be logged into the account.
• The app requires camera access permission.
• It is recommended to use this feature only on trusted devices for security purposes.
