You can easily check your account status through the app, website, or desktop platform as follows:

Existing User:
Go to: Menu ➝ Account Management
Check your account status.

The status will appear as:

• Under Review
• Approved
• Rejected (with the reason if available)

Web:

Existing User:
Go to: My Account
Select: Account Status

You will be able to view your account status directly.

How will I be notified if my account is approved?

You will receive a notification via:

• Email
• SMS

Once your account has been approved.

How long does the account review process take?

The account review process usually takes from a few minutes up to several business days, depending on the accuracy of the submitted information and documents.
